    What this is

A small, concrete, low-risk engagement that builds a trusted working relationship

This is not a long consulting project, not a heavy diagnostic, and not a generic HR audit. It's a short, focused engagement with a clear scope, so leaders can experience how we work without committing to anything big upfront.

Out of that short engagement comes the most important thing: conviction. Conviction in how quickly Sparkly.hr can give you a complete picture of the HR situation across your company — what is actually happening, where the real problems are, and which solution paths are realistic.

From there, we either keep working together on the next step, or you take what you've learned and act on it yourself. Both are good outcomes — because either way, you now know what you're dealing with.

    What we keep seeing

Patterns from past engagements that almost never start as what they look like

What leaders ask for at the start and what's actually going on are often two different things. These are recurring patterns from our work — read them as a prompt to look twice before deciding what to fix.

    1. 01

There's no real hiring need — the internal resource exists, the tasks just need to be redistributed.

    2. 02

The conflict disappears once tasks are redistributed.

    3. 03

The person is in the wrong role — too much is being demanded of them.

    4. 04

The person is in the wrong role — too little is trusted to them.

    5. 05

The person doesn't fit the team's or organisation's values or culture.

    6. 06

The person doesn't fit the manager's leadership style.

    7. 07

The person doesn't fit the team's or organisation's belief system.

    When challenges usually appear

Typical moments when it pays off to bring in an outside view

    A growing team

More people, more roles, more interfaces — and the old structure quietly starts to break.

    A hiring need

Before you open a role, it's worth checking whether hiring is actually the answer.

    Internal tension

Small frictions that keep coming back are usually a symptom, not the cause.

    A leadership problem

Style, expectations or decision rights misaligned with what the team actually needs.

    Missing HR function

There's no one whose job it is to see the whole people picture — so no one does.

    Recent growth or downsizing

After restructuring, roles, workloads and trust often need to be re-drawn carefully.

    Change management

Every change needs a plan designed for the whole organisation

Change management is critical for every changed process, redesigned set of tasks or team transition. Done badly, even the right decision creates new problems.

We help you put together a plan for how to design, control and carry out the changes with the least possible damage to the rest of the organisation — to trust, performance and the people who stay.

    Who does the work

A team that's energised by a new HR challenge

The Sparkly.hr team is, above all, drawn to a new HR challenge and the chance to be tested. Every new case is interesting to us, because there is something extraordinarily good in every person — we just may not always be able to spot it at the right moment. Shifts in the economic environment also inevitably affect what needs to be done inside an organisation. And not every person comes along with every change.

Our members bring different competencies, and we deliberately use those differences to enrich our ability to understand situations — and through that, to increase the value we deliver to the client.

    Important preconditions

A collaboration that requires trust and full openness

    Confidentiality and openness, both ways

This is a collaboration project. The preconditions are confidentiality and full openness. Without mutual trust, the work simply cannot be done well.

Honesty about the limits of any analysis

Sparkly.hr's knowledge is bounded by the information available, and no test or analysis is ever 100% accurate. We will always still need to talk to people, double-check details and discuss changes before locking them in.

    Who you'll work with
