Sparkly HR founders’ story
After approximately 25 years as a business owner and recruiter, followed by 5 years as an investor, I have learned a hard truth: I cannot simply rely on what people say. There is never enough reliable data, and gathering it through robust surveys is labour-intensive, costly, and time-consuming.
No, I am a non-believer
I have tested countless approaches—and none of them are 100%!
There is no conclusive evidence that people truly know themselves, nor that AI, psychology, or astrology on their own can consistently deliver the right answers.
All four operate in a similar manner: you input something, you receive an output, it appears somewhat correct, but it still requires verification.
